Between 20-24 may 2019, InterLAN attends the RIPE 78 which takes place on Reykjavík, Islanda. RIPE Meeting is a five-day event where Internet service providers, network operators and other interested parties from around the world participate in discussions about the policies and procedures used by the RIPE NCC, participate in the RIPE Working Group sessions to discuss current technical and policy issues and share experiences, latest developments and best common practices.
Between 7-8 may Interlan attends and supports the fifth Annual Meeting of the South Eastern European Dialogue on Internet Governance (SEEDIG 5) which is held at the Intercontinental Hotel, Bucharest. Under the overarching theme ‘Shaping a trusted Internet for all’ featured discussions and exchanges of experiences on a broad range of issues, from 5G networks to digital accessibility, and from cybersecurity to the future of work.
Between 7 and 8 May 2019, the fifth Annual Meeting of the South Eastern European Dialogue on Internet Governance (SEEDIG 5) will take place in Bucharest, a sub-regional Internet Governance Forum initiative dedicated to facilitating discussions and collaboration on Internet-related issues within South East Europe and neighboring area (SEE+).

Between 16-17 april 2019, InterLAN attends the RIPE SEE 8 which takes place on Sarajevo, Bosnia and Hertegovina. The goals of this meeting are to encourage the cooperation of operators from countries in this region enabling them to exchange information and discuss the issues that affect them. Present the latest developments in the Internet industry and to identify, discuss and solve the specific issues that affect operators working in this region.
Between 09-12 april 2019, InterLAN attends the Global Peering Forum which takes place on Montreal, Canada. Decision makers from global ISPs, CDNs, cloud and interconnection service providers, join together for four days of meetings, presentations, and networking events.
InterLAN attends the ”Ziua Comunicatiilor” conference, which is held at the JW Marriott Hotel and brings together top representatives of public institutions in the telecommunications sector, telecom operators, IT & C companies and other providers of electronic solutions for telecommunications. InterLAN supports together with other telecom associations this year’s edition of “Ziua Comunicatiilor 2019”.
Between 31 march-2 april, in Toulouse, France, the 34st Euro-IX Forum is taking place, the Interlan Association taking in this event as a full rights member of the organization. The participants discuss aspects related to peering, interconnections and regional cooperations.
SEEDIG will host its fifth annual meeting on 7–8 May 2019, in Bucharest, at the Intercontinental Hotel Bucharest. Under the theme ‘Shaping a trusted Internet for all’, SEEDIG 5 will feature discussions on issues such as security, trust, infrastructure, and digital business.
