2022-09-12 - European Peering Forum 2022

On the 12 and 14 September 2022, InterLAN attends the 15th “European Peering Forum” (EPF) in Rome, Italy. The event welcomes up to 300 peering managers and coordinators from networks connected to the host Internet exchanges. Aside from an interesting topic agenda, the three-day event accommodates room for attendees to meet on a one-to-one basis to discuss bilateral peering business opportunities.

2022-09-01 - RONOG 7 Meeting

On September 29, starting at 9:00 a.m., the seventh edition of the RONOG conference will take place at the JW Marriott Grand Hotel in Bucharest.

The RONOG conference returns with a remarkable edition, with the participation of the best specialists in the field of telecommunications. The participants are representatives from companies that offer internet access services, data transmissions, voice services, cable TV, content providers, hosting servers and internet domains, colocation and data centers, but also from regulatory authorities, of suppliers of security equipment and solutions, etc.

In this edition, topics will be discussed that will address the perspectives and challenges faced by telecommunications operators in Romania, the security of networks and information systems, new technologies in the IoT field, the benefits offered by connecting operators to traffic exchange platforms internet, the implementation of 5G technology in Romania, network operations and WI-FI6, the influence of Unix in the emergence and development of the Internet on a large scale.

2022-06-16 - Nog.fi meeting, June 15, 2022

The Nog.fi (Finnish NOG) program took place on June 15, 2022 and was hosted and organized by TREX (Tampere Regional Internet Exchanges). The event featured technical presentations and discussions on routing solutions and tools. The InterLAN delegation was preset at the event and interacted with the entire Nog.fi community, exchanged ideas and obtained useful information about new solutions and tools implemented by operators in this region.
